Some Frequently Asked Questions

questions about us and you

  • The temperature varies depending on the class, but we have 3 levels of heat.
    Hot (100-105F),
    Warm (85-92F),
    Unheated/room temp. (75-80F)
Remember, it can take 4-7 classes to get acclimated to the heat.

    Be patient with yourself :)

  • Enjoy class without worry!

We have double doors, the second of which opens with a buzzer, to ensure the safety of our clients and their possessions.
We also provide lockers, cubbies, shoe space, and coat hangers for safe, clean storage.

  • Workout attire and yourself!

Typically people bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and yoga towel, but we offer all of these in the lobby to rent or purchase!

Any equipment used in class is free of charge! This includes weights, blocks, bands, bosu/balance balls, and any other class tools.

  • We provide towels and storage space, just show up in the appropriate attire (swimsuits, shorts, etc.)!

  • Hydrate!

No matter what class you take, but especially if it’s heated, make sure you hydrate before class.

Other than that, we recommend not eating about 2 hours before class.

  • It all depends on what you’re looking for!
We have 3 heat levels, Unheated, Warm, and Hot, and all classes are beginner friendly!

  • For classes shorts, leggings, tank-tops, sports bras, and t-shirts are most common, but any appropriate gym attire you feel comfortable in is perfect!

For sauna/cold plunge, swimsuits or shorts, and tank-tops are best.

  • You can see the specific class lengths on our schedule.

Though 60mins is more common, we offer 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90 minute classes.

  • We use infrared heating panels to heat our room.
Clean and efficient, infrared heating mimics the sun’s rays and heats the objects and people in a room, as opposed to moving air around.

This provides a more comfortable and clean heating environment that envelops the space with a blanket of warmth.

  • Besides being stunning and offering mental relaxation and benefits, our salt walls have a purpose!

Our salt walls purify the air by releasing negative ions. This helps people with allergies, asthma, and breathing issues take in cleaner air. Some claim Himalayan salt can help improve sleep, increase energy levels, balance energy, and aid in many other holistic and scientific benefits.

The negative ions emitted from our salt walls mimic the same release as nature’s forests, water sources, and beaches. These ions help to counteract the ions released from electronics and bacteria to clear the air and get rid of harmful “electrosmog”.
